Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Physical Merchandise

Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, all physical merchandise sales—including wristbands and hats—are final. Health & Speech does not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, color preferences, sizing concerns, accidental orders, or other non-defective merchandise.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact Health & Speech within seven (7) calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the item and any damaged packaging.

After reviewing the information provided, Health & Speech may offer an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund. Please do not return or mail an item unless you receive return instructions from Health & Speech. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

This exception does not apply to damage caused after delivery, misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.

Digital Downloads

All digital-download sales are final and nonrefundable. Because digital products are delivered or made available electronically and cannot be physically returned, refunds, returns, exchanges, and order cancellations are not available once a purchase has been completed.

Please review the product description and compatibility information carefully before purchasing. Purchasing a digital product does not guarantee a particular therapeutic, educational, or clinical outcome.

If you experience a technical issue accessing or downloading your purchase, receive an incorrect file, or are charged more than once for the same order, please contact Health & Speech within seven (7) calendar days of purchase. Health & Speech will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue and provide access to the product purchased.

Proof of Purchase

A valid order number, receipt, or other proof of purchase may be required before Health & Speech can review a request.

Policy Exceptions

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. Health & Speech reserves the right to review requests individually and address errors or exceptional circumstances at its discretion.
