HEALTH AND SPEECH PLLC is a Long Island–based private practice dedicated to providing specialized speech-language pathology services for adults with neurogenic communication and swallowing disorders. The practice focuses on the evaluation and treatment of conditions including Parkinson’s disease, stroke-related impairments, and dysphagia (swallowing disorders).
Health & Speech PLLC delivers evidence-based, functional therapy designed to improve speech, voice, language, cognition, and swallowing while supporting overall quality of life for both patients and their families. Services include specialized treatment programs such as LSVT LOUD® and AmpCare ESP™, along with individualized therapy plans tailored to each patient’s goals, abilities, and daily communication needs. All services are provided in patients’ homes throughout Suffolk County, allowing for true one-to-one care in a familiar environment. MEET THE FOUNDER
Donnetta Davis M.S., CCC-SLP, Ampcare ESP™, LSVT LOUD®
Donnetta Davis, MS, CCC-SLP is a New York State–licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and the founder of Health & Speech PLLC. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), a Master of Science in Communication Disorders from Emerson College, and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Stony Brook University.
Ms. Davis has extensive medical experience treating adults with communication, voice, and swallowing disorders across a variety of clinical settings. She is certified in AmpCare ESP™, providing neuromuscular electrical stimulation (NMES) for dysphagia rehabilitation, and is LSVT LOUD®–certified, offering evidence-based voice and speech treatment for individuals with Parkinson’s disease and other neurological conditions.
